I am grateful that I managed to lose 3/4 of a pound this week! Tom did a great job of making me get outside to walk eveyday. Exercise does help with Fibromyalgia so I know it is extremely important for me to do. And having him or Spencer walk with me is a wonderful bonus.
Knowing that I was going to post about the results of this week also helped me to think twice about what I chose to eat this week...maybe I should have done this sooner!
