weighing in!

I am excited about losing 2 pounds this week! I don't have much to share about how I did it... just eating less and moving more. That is what seems to work best for me!


  1. I lost about 3 pounds this week. I've been trying the Special K diet. Special K for breakfast and lunch and two Special K snacks and then a regular supper. I wouldn't recommend it for losing a lot of weight but for 5-10 pounds it's doing OK.

  2. There is just something about having to tell others about your progress (or regress). It's even better if someone else sees the actual scale. Congratulations!
