weighing in!

I am so excited to be getting closer to my goal!! I read an article a month ago about weight loss being connected to getting enought sleep. In addition to eating less and moving more I am also sleeping more.

    I think about having to post my results each week before I decide if I am going to eat something I know is not good for me! I did allow myself a little chocolate this week though :)
