weighing in!




Finally movement in the right direction!! I am down two pounds... walking and sweating in the hot Krasnodar sun is truly the best diet around :-)

  1. Good for you! My friend and I have been walking every day for two weeks and yesterday we 'rewarded' ourselves with breakfast out. I think I ate up all the calories I lost!
