These tasty meat filled dumplings are a new favorite of ours.  It is a dish from Georgia... the country not the state. They are normally served with a little butter on them and some herbs.  I used dill, but parsley works well too.  Tom likes his with sour cream or ketchup.  

Warning:  when you cut into them they will squirt!!
