    And I'm so happy to see that you have become a runner. I can see the physical changes in you.
    Remember hydrate, hydrate, hydrate...eat lots of protein, and stretch, stretch stretch.

    1. Thanks for the reminders about hydrating and stretching. I'm training for my first half-marathon. So I've been having long conversations with God out there!
