Oh my! Let's see...if this is a No Parking Garage, what's the other choices? an Idling Garage? A bumper car garage? A driving garage? But You know what - this just occured to me- is it possible that this is meant to be two separate things. A sign that says No Parking (like in front of the sign) and then a sign for Garage. Could be? or not?
