Four years ago my friend Lena taught me to make bliny (Russian pancakes). I used to get frustrated because I could not flip them over without tearing them. Now, not only can I flip them over but I can even slide them off them pan and onto to the serving platter!

Nice! What do you serve them with? Is it more like a crepe and you fill it will goodies or like a pancake and you douse it with syrup? =)
ReplyDeleteYes, it is like a crepe!! You can fill them with whatever you want. You can even serve them with ice cream for dessert!
