WiFi at the Bull Frog Inn
Tom and I are still walking over to the Bull Frog Inn to use WiFi. We seem to be in good company there are usually several others here at the same time we are. At first we would order dinner and do check our email, Facebook and what not. Now we just order something to drink and try to get out of here as cheaply as we can. We hope to have internet at home next month. Things here are much more expensive than we anticipated. But we are making our dollars stretch as far as we possibly can!

ReplyDeleteHow are you doing? Praying that the Matthew won't affect you too much. XXOO
ReplyDeletehv never been there, i always assumed us dollar went a long way in belize. what's expensive; housing, food, entertainment.
ReplyDeletei guess years ago the exchange rate was much better, but not with today's economic problems. is belize effected by the economic situation?
Thanks Joann! We did survive Matthew... lots of rain but we did okay!
ReplyDeleteDear Anon, Everything is expensive. Most of the food is imported. Electricity comes from Mexico. It is two Belizean dollars to one American dollar. Internet is about 100$ a month for the cheapest service.
