We are not sure how frequently this happens... Sunday, while on Krasnaya street we happened upon this parade. A taste of Kuban (our state name) culture at its finest!

Strolling Krasnaya Street
While strolling Krasnaya with some friends of ours we caught sight of this electric patrol car. It is amazing that 4 officers can actually fit inside. Granted, they are riding pretty low!
