We found gluten free snacks in Belize City at the USave grocery store. I am so excited to have some crunchy food to eat again. I was really missing crackers...so finding them was truly a treat!
yes, I have been gluten free for about three months now and it has really made a difference in how I feel. I have less pain from my fibromyalgia and more energy so I will keep it up!!
Very progressive store! Every now and then I need some crunchy food, too, so I get that!
