problems are universal...

We are finding that no matter where we are families still have problems.  Teens and parents struggle to understand one another... butting heads and hearts in the battle of daily life.  One parent feeling stuck in the middle of a conflict between their spouse and their child.  Although our client load is still light the issues we are dealing with in the office are not.

Pray this week for families struggling to love each other in a healthy way.
for teens who feel responsible for the family honor and reputation.
for children who crave the love of a father.

and for all those who are willing to walk through the process of counseling seeking wholeness.

  1. So true. Thank goodness that these precious people are willing to come in though. May you continue to see God work powerfully in each of these families lives and relationships.

  2. we often get so self absorbed in our own little world, and forget how truly blessed we are in comparison to many around this world. Thankfully we serve a God who cares about ALL our problems and desires us to place them in His mighty hands. God Bless you as you continue to serve His will.

  3. Amen. I totally agree with your blog. Satan has a major attack on families, he hates unity. I pray God continues to give you and your husband to bring healing and restoration to all your clients.

It sounds like you will be having a difficult journey ahead of you to help serve these people so that they can break free from their troubling situations. You are right though - we all have problems and trials that we must face. No one is immune from these matters.

At any rate, thank you for taking the time to visit my blog the other day. It's always nice to "meet" new blog friends. I hope to "see" you around in the future. :)

  5. Alida, I'm thanking God this moment for the Blessings you two are bringing to those you counsel. Thank you so much for being His Hands and His Voice to those who need you. :-)

    Have a Blessed Day!

  6. Praying for the families, especially for God to restore the hearts of the fathers to the children. Bless you
