I took this photo at the CDF office...the grounds keeper has chickens and turkeys in his yard.
When I saw the chicks running in the yard I thought of this verse. I knew the mother hen would be close by watching over her brood. May we open ourselves up to His care. Not just when we want it...but in those times when He reaches out to gather us close to Him.

so true! Love this! We had our first baby chick naturally this year so seeing the mama follow that little guy around making sure he did well was so interesting to watch!
