thought for today

They will be like a tree planted by the water

    That is a beautiful photo, matched by a beautiful verse. A good reminder that the roots have to come first, before we can see all the glory above ground. So focus on our underground work and let the branches blossom above us. Thank you!

    PS--The photo reminds me of all the Christmases I spent in the tropics! Ornaments on a banana tree!

    Galen, We have seen such huge trees near the rivers here and I always think of this verse.

    And decorating a banana tree for Christmas... how fun!!
