Anatomy of Walking...




It has been 16 days since I started walking.  So I have 84 days to go to complete the challenge!  

So far I have lost three pounds and gained a new appreciation for health and strength.  I saw this graphic on the Everybody Walks blog and discovered even more benefits of walking.  Enjoy!

  1. My husband has started prayer walking for an hour a day. I'm going to be curious if he loses weight with doing that.
